Absolutely dreadful worse place I have ever stayed and I have used booking.com worldwide. Firstly the description of the accommodation was nothing like what was there. She kept showing us rooms until I showed her we had paid for a deluxe room with a balcony. There was no storage in the room or bathroom and I mean not a towel rail or toilet holder. The description of the rooms said kitchenette with a fridge dining area barbecue there was a bed not even bedside table no shelf hooks nothing. There was a kind of shared area where you might have been able to cook and store food if the gas was connected and the fridge plugged in which when I opened it had all sorts of creatures crawling around in it. Tried to make a coffee in the morning noticed an ashtray still full from the last guests as was the bin and food caught in the sink strainer. Owner appeared watching my every move my husband said it is what it is and I thought we'll it's only 10 days in my life. But worse was yet to come, we had paid in full for the 10 days upfront on arrival, after making the most of a bad situation I had come to the conclusion just suck it up and try to avoid the interfering owner. On our what was supposed to be the 3rd night there she was hovering followed us up to the room and using Google translate she asked us to move out for 2 nights, where that was done to us to sort out, while she accomadated a family who would fill all the rooms. Which obviously would be more lucrative to her and then come back on the Monday. I ask you have you ever heard anything like it? So obviously we said we would go immediately and we wanted a refund for the 8 nights we would not be staying, she couldn't understand why we were upset. All this conversation was done on Google translate because she couldn't speak or understand English, but when I left the room with my bags the corridor and stairway was always pitch black and I shouted to my husband where are the lights I don't want to break my neck, the owner suddenly came away from my husband and turned on the lights. I think this proved she understood English when it suited her. After this extremely long write up JUST DON'T EVER GO THERE.
